CANCELATION POLICY

We understand ‘things happen’ and issues arise. In the interest of fairness, we will note though not charge for one cancellation that occurs in less than 24 hours of your appointment. If, however within 12 months it happens again we will charge 50% of service(s) booked.

NO SHOW POLICY

Time is money and courtesy costs nothing, so in the event of a no show, we will charge the client 50% of the amount of the service(s).

Refund / Redo Policy

Given the artistic nature of our industry and that every client is unique, and every service is tailor made, we do not offer refunds. We are of course happy to offer a redo if Oliver Rose Salon is contacted within 48 hrs of the original service. We want you to be happy!
